Inspection
Trust is verified. Every shipment follows a documented inspection routine proportional to risk, value, and customer requirements.
Pre-procurement vetting: source authorization, batch/lot verification where applicable
Pre-shipment inspection (PSI): visual/quantity checks, model/part number match, packaging integrity, labeling, seal & tamper checks
Functional checks (where safe/practical): power-on/IO on electronics, valve stroke tests, continuity/insulation checks for electrical items (per request)
Documentation validation: datasheets, OEM certificates, calibration reports if supplied, conformity marks
- PSI report (photos, serials, quantities)
- Non-conformance handling & rework plan if required
